Since 1976, the Kyrish family led Texas as an International truck and IC bus dealer. They also represented Idealease and Fleetrite Truck Parts. With more than 550 employees, Kyrish Truck Centers operated in 20 locations.

  • Provides on‐highway truck sales, leasing, servicing, and parts support to customers operating in many industries including energy, construction, transportation, and school systems.
  • Aligns with our vision, core values, and goal to deliver legendary service to our customers.
How many locations are included in the acquisition and where are they located?

The acquisition includes 20 locations across Texas, bringing HOLT Truck Centers total locations to 35 with the majority operating as authorized International Truck dealerships. The acquisition also expands our IC Bus and Idealease offerings and introduces customers to Fleetrite Truck Parts stores.

Locations include Austin, Bryan, Corpus Christi, Round Rock, Houston, Pharr, San Antonio, Temple, and Victoria.

Will Kyrish Truck Centers employees join HOLT Truck Centers?

Yes, Kyrish Truck Centers employees will become part of HOLT Truck Centers, which is led by Bert Fulguim, SVP HOLT Group. We are committed to working closely with our new team members to ensure a seamless transition.
