Our Parts and Service Representative can assist you in setting up effective preventive maintenance schedules customized to your fleet to help you avoid unnecessary down time. They can also help you plan before-failure repairs according to your schedule.
We offer a flat rate pricing structure on common maintenance and repairs, from valve adjustments to complete engine overhauls. Not only do our flat rates make budgeting easier, but they also put you in control of when and where repairs are done.
For in-frame overhauls, the Cat Overhaul Protection for Trucks (OPT) Program is available to ensure your investment. OPT provides 100% parts and labor coverage on your overhaul and is backed by the Caterpillar nationwide parts and service network.
In addition to overhauls, HOLT has many other cost effective options from which to choose. Cat Remanufactured Engines include a new engine warranty and are typically priced 40 percent less than new replacement engines.
Our truck engine service technicians are able to constantly update their knowledge with specific training on the newest products. Using both hands-on and classroom-style settings, our technicians are exposed to the latest service techniques.
For testing and diagnosis, HOLT Truck Centers operate two state-of-the-art full Chassis Dynamometers to perform anything from a basic horsepower check, to a complete Caterpillar Performance Analysis Report (PAR). This computerized truck testing facility utilizes large floor-mounted drums to operate a truck at highway speeds without ever leaving our facility.
Expertly staffed, and backed by superior parts availability, our truck centers stand ready to handle your needs quickly and professionally.
We can also discuss other options with you such as Extended Service Coverage (ESC) or the Truck Owner Protection Plan (TOPP), a program where maintenance and repair costs are guaranteed. We even assist in driver training efforts.
